Job Description:

Most of the Things You'll Work On:

Base, concept and plan preparation in AutoCAD
Mapping and related outputs in GIS
Property investigations and due diligence reports
Preparation of Zoning and Official Plan amendment schedules and documents
Collaborative design work and problem solving
Graphic support
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

You'll Need To Have:

Diploma from a recognized college program in Planning, Planning Technician or Planningrelated program
13 years of professional experience in a Planning Technician role in public or private sector
Member of, or eligible for membership in, the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians (CACPT)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in drafting and concept, site, and plan design and preparation
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
Knowledge and experience in Adobe programs (i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) an asset
Commitment to team work, collaboration and client service
Valid driver's licence preferred
