About the Opportunity
We are currently expanding our company and looking for great people to join us on this journey. We are looking for a Department Coordinator for our commercial services team. This person will oversee the operations of customer service, service coordination, and administration, for the commercial department.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Retention services and customer escalations
Scheduling services for commercial clients
Process improvements to provide outstanding service to our clients
Oversee all aspects of the commercial department

More About You
In order to qualify for these roles, you will need at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Customer service experience would be a strong asset for this role as you liaise with some of our largest clients who expect our world class customer service.

About the Benefits
