• Foster sincere relationships with guests, colleagues, and departments to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to create unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating needs and delivering flawless service.
• Inspire the team to provide authentic luxury experiences tailored to each guest.
• Act as an ambassador and collaborate with the operations team to address guest, colleague, and thirdparty concerns promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence through active engagement and response to guest feedback.
• Develop and manage the annual Food & Beverage budget, focusing on revenue, costs, and productivity.
• Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals.
• Assist in developing and executing the hotel's strategic plan, including coordination of F&B capital projects.
• Strategize on new products, service offerings, and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Create and implement an F&B leadership succession plan through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Network with industry peers to understand trends and develop innovative ideas.
• Develop strong partnerships with corporate and tourism sponsors.
• Participate in hotel committees and emergency response teams as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Executive Team.
