    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure a smooth new home building experience for customers through proactive communication.
    • Collaborate with sales & production staff to minimize errors and meet customer expectations.
    • Coordinate walkthroughs and possession times, liaising with homeowners, lawyers, and lenders as needed.
    • Manage warranty work efficiently by coordinating with customers, technicians, trades, and suppliers.
    • Drive improvements in customer experience and processes.
    • Handle front line interactions with customers and stakeholders professionally.
