    You will be working directly with a team who have used a number of offline and online marketing strategies to build a multi-million dollar business, listed as one of Canada's fastest growing for five consecutive years.

    You will be directly involved in a variety of projects and tasks, doing things like:
    Managing a client membership program of 1,000 people by responding to phone and email requestsCoordinating a variety of ongoing training classes in our offices & online over ZoomImplementing email and social media marketing messaging and strategies across multiple platformsAdminister our online client portal with updated events, media, and announcementsCoordinate client requests with our sales team to ensure proper service levelsPlan & Coordinate offsite events ranging from 100 to 1,000 attendeesHandle incoming real estate-related enquiriesAdminister, assemble & mail-out various marketing materialsAnything else we undertake that you have an interest in

    What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Rock Star Client Coordinator & Marketing Assistant with some specific skills. But we are open to anything else you may offer or bring to the table.

    Critical InformationThis is a full-time position and will be at our Oakville officeMonday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMYou need to ensure that you are legally authorized to work in Canada

    You will be exposed to and involved in all aspects of business building with a focus on client support and operations.
