    Join Team CARFAX as a HR Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS management – enter/update employee information into Bamboo and maintain employee files
  • File Management - Maintain Employee Files.
  • LMS administration - maintain up-to-date employee records in Absorb, review training completion, and complete reporting as needed.
  • Employment Letters - Write Employment and Travel Letters to support members of Team CARFAX.
  • Reports – support the creation of regular reporting (diversity, attendance,
  • Assist with other admin functions such as survey administration (new hire and exit) and employee lifecycle management ticketing.
  • Key Qualifications:

  • One year experience working in a reception or HR administration function
  • High attention to detail and standards of quality
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Positive team player who takes initiative
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Bamboo and Survey Monkey a bonus
