Work Description
The Sales Support Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team within Tamarack Developments, providing general administrative assistance and project coordination to our front-line sales staff.
The Sales Support Coordinator also ensures the delivery of final sales terms and packages to the construction team, acting as the point of liaison between the Sales centers and the construction groups.
Major Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of various files and documents.
- Data entry into various systems.
- Revise site plan and price lists and inventory lists to Sales Offices.
- Assist the team in preparing, compiling, and ordering sales and marketing materials for sales offices, and homeowner use.
- Gather and crosscheck data from several sources to produce and distribute reports on sales from each of our sites. Maintain accurate data in the CRM.
- Liaise with senior management and sales staff to distribute marketing materials, i.e new brochures, ads, maps etc.
- Support the sales sites during the launch of new products, features and services.
- Liaise with Sales Reps regarding facilities and building needs of Sales Offices/maintenance.
- Ensure 'dot maps' are revised on a regular basis and shared as needed. Maintain a strong understanding and accurate inventory of homes available for purchase.
- Communicate with various stakeholders/external parties, providing documentation/reports on a recurring basis
- Edit and proofread various reports and documents, verifying accuracy of information and consistency of language and information.
- Maintain electronic (and paper file where necessary) for each customer. Tracking all documentation that is required for the construction of their home.
- Maintain detailed and accurate listings and track all home inventory levels for each of our residential communities.
- All other duties as required.
Statement of Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Postsecondary education in marketing or administration considered an asset.
- One year of experience in an office environment is required.
- Wellorganized, confident individual with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a fastpaced environment.
Physical/Sensory Effort/Work Environment
- Providing service to several people or departments, working under many simultaneous deadlines.
- Evening and weekend work might be required at times to support the opening hours of our sales sites.
- Sitting or Standing for long periods of time at workstation.
- Travel may be required for the role.
- Overtime may be required.
