Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond

24 hours a day, 365 days a year for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world's most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Support for the Technical Records Department, including data entry, filing, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Records Data Entry in various aircraft, engine and propeller logbooks and entries in our electronic database;
Involvement in special projects;
Verification of files, filing and archiving;
Updating amendments to Technical Publications;
Carry out all other assigned task whenever required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Be familiar with the following software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Bilingualism is preferred (French/English: spoken and written). Inuktitut is an asset;
Team spirit;
Able to work meticulously and possess good organizational skills;
Detail oriented;
Ability to show initiative and work well under pressure;
Must be available for occasional northern travel;
Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC);

WORKING CONDITIONS

Situated in Montreal, Quebec
37.5 hrs/week

REMUNERATION
$ $23.00 / hour
