Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time
Veterinary Reception, Team Lead **to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual. In this role, you will support and oversee our Client Care Services team, as well as perform or assist with administrative tasks related to client services, invoicing, daily deposit tracking, accounts receivable, etc. You will play a vital role as part of our leadership team, representing Client Care Services at leadership/hospital meetings, and bringing pertinent information back to that team for discussion, training or revision. You will also represent our hospital by participating in community outreach to support the veterinarians that refer patients to us.

  • Participate in rotation for Client Care Services, performing all tasks of that role
  • Scheduling for Client Care Service team
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews and hire.
  • Understand insurance and financing process with all companies and aid with claim submission/preapprovals/appeals, etc
  • Create and maintain CCS training manual and howto guides, and develop new protocols and processes (with the leadership team)
  • Provide/facilitate training and support to new Client Care Service Representatives
  • Perform regular checkins, annual reviews, and other communications as needed
  • Schedule and host regular team meetings
  • Liaise between Client Care Service team and leadership/other teams within the hospital
  • Participate in regular leadership/hospital meetings
  • Participate in Manager on Call Program (available on call by phone 1 in 4 weeks in a rotation)
  • Reconcile the previous day's cashouts and enter data into our "Daily Deposit Tracking Sheet"
  • Perform cash deposits
  • Perform regular invoice audits
  • Reconcile insurance and finance payments to the hospital
  • Accounts Receivable Reporting
  • Onthefloor support for all duties performed by the CCS team available to help with all tasks and duties (keeping tabs on what is completed and implementing strategies for efficient output

Compensation:
$ $26.00 per hour plus stipend.
