Job Description:

As the Quality Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Disposition nonconforming product within the first 24-hour period documented in MB52 reporting to address the nonconforming part timely, while utilizing the MD04 reporting to ensure adequate inventory levels that do not affect upcoming customer orders
  • Issue corrective actions with vendors or internal customers to address customer complaints
  • Coordinate resolution meeting customer expectation in conjunction with other stakeholders using problem solving methodology
  • Focus on Warranty Claims by reviewing and updating the Bosch Rexroth Canada Quality department Warranty Claims CAR Reporting
  • Update Customer Complaint Log daily
  • Evaluate Return Goods Authorization returns
  • Perform Certificate of Compliance for customer specific requirement based of Sales Order.
  • Act as a key user for the Quality department in the CRM and ERP tool
  • Support CIP initiatives and projects within the department
  • Support Quality & HSE Manager on other assigned duties to ensure all Quality & HSE requirements met.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 3 7 years of experience working within an industrial environment in a Quality position
  • Degree/Diploma in Operations, Manufacturing, Mechanical and/or Quality Engineering Technology
  • Quality Assurance Certification is a strong asset
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, conducting training and present information
  • Computer literate
  • SAP experience is a strong asset
  • Selfstarter, able to work under limited supervision
  • Customer focused, problemsolver and innovator
