Overview


The Project Services Manager will ensure the overall project health and delivery of customized IP solution projects brought to the business by the Solution Sales and Account Managers within the specified sales regions.

His / her role centers on effectively managing the Project Management and Solutions Architect Teams, which is integral to the successful delivery of customized software solutions to clients.

The Project Services Manager must act as the liaison between Solution and Country Leaders and the internal software development community to assure project success and attain fiscal revenue objectives connected to these business activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales Support Including:


  • Managing the creation of specifications with the Solution Architect team
  • Liaising with the customer around delivery expectations
  • Working closely with the sales team to land business related custom development surrounding our IP solutions
  • Guiding Solutions Architects to properly scope, document, and present solution proposals
  • Working with the wider team to provide a detailed offer to the customer

Project Direction and Management Including:


  • Directing team of Project Managers to keep delivery of projects on schedule and on budget
  • Liaising with the internal development teams to ensure a successful delivery of software and services
  • Assuring on time delivery of multiple projects while respecting budgets
  • Alerting of and mitigating any project risk, while keeping the satisfaction of the customer in check
  • Contribute to the growth of the project organization through process enhancement and team building

Company Duties Including:


  • Working closely with marketing to provide all required material for pre and post sales
  • Organizing workshops, round tables, and industry focused events with the marketing teams
