THE PURPOSE:

Core Tasks:

Following generally accepted User Acceptance Testing methodologies to ensure satisfactory results

- _Examples: _

- _Customizing templates in electronic contract software_
- _Implementing requested customizations in the organization's CRM_
- _Supporting testing, training, and role out of mobile inspection tools_
- _Customizing reports and projected displays of KPI's built in conjunction with the Business Analytics department_

Supporting data integrity and testing processes during evaluation and rollout of new softwares
Participates on committees as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

Graduation from a recognized diploma or degree program in Computer Science, Information Science, or a technology focused Business Administration.
Minimum1 year recent and relevant experience
