Key Responsibilities:

Review building packing slips for correct quantity and type of building components.
Installation of the panels for the foundation, walls, roof, and floor for the building which varies project to project.
Assembling / constructing the steel components of the building structure.
Ability to understand blueprints and orders.
Driving / using machinery: forklift and scissor lift.
Using basic hand tools associated with construction and carpentry.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience in construction, residential or commercial framing, framing concrete, cladding, and / or experience with installing prefabricated walls.
Basic experience with using tool pouch and basic hand tools.
Experience following safe work procedures.

Minimum or Other Qualifications:

Basic phone skills logging in and out of timesheets.
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Work conditions:

Ability to lift 100+ lbs, hazards associated with the trade, work both indoors and outdoors, noise, overtime available but not required.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by ensuring safety and company policies are followed and understood.
Required to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and any other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required for specific jobs.
Drug and Alcohol testing may be required.
No remote work available.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00-$33.00 per hour
