Required Qualifications**:


  • Minimum High school Diploma, ideally college degree in Electronics Eng. Or Manufacturing
  • Minimum one year of production/SMT equipment experience prefer JUKI and Mydata machines
  • Good English skills (comprehension, written & spoken)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information from Gerbers, Schematics, BOMs, and drawings
  • Quality conscious, well organized, and reliable

Required Capabilities:


  • Must demonstrate good knowledge of electronic components, assembly process, and SMT equipment
  • Must demonstrate the ability to listen to instruction, read schematics and follow through with what is heard and read
  • Must show a respect for supervisors, place of work
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IPC-A610 standards, ESD and WHMIS
  • Ability to work with others in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours, working weekends and evenings from time to time
