What will your days look like in this position?

  • Quoting
  • Creating service orders
  • Receiving purchase orders
  • Create site/customer specific critical spare parts lists
  • Ensuring customer follow ups
  • Helping to manage spare parts inventory, including but not limited to:
  • Working with purchasing to ensure on time delivery
  • Forecasting spare parts inventory needs based on peak times of the year
  • Interacting with warehouse
  • Managing/replenishing warranty parts to customers
  • Assisting with the RMA process
  • Interacting with clients in the US and Canada
  • Working internally with global business units to help supply spare parts as needed

What does it take be be a successful Parts Specialist?

  • Bilingualism (written and spoken English and French)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365 Suite preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Navision an asset
  • Proficiency in ZenDesk an asset
  • Basic shipping knowledge an asset
