Social Worker, Counsellor (EAP program)

Summary:
You will be providing in-person counselling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).


What you will do:

  • Provide shortterm counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues;
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.

Who we are looking fo:

  • Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work;
  • Registration with a counselling Association, with valid professional liability insurance;
  • Postgraduate counselling experience;
  • Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
  • Ability to clinically manage highrisk cases;
  • Good knowledge of community resources.
