MOBIA is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrator to join our growing Team in Montreal, Quebec.

The Bilingual Administrator is responsible for:

Read job specifications and create job plan to Field Manager
Being a liaison between the Core Network Team Engineers and External Network Installers
Interacting with Installation Technicians
Receive and input Field Inventory Verification into SAP
Providing updates regarding the progress and status of work installation
Maintaining systems required to provide updates and statuses.
Assisting in scheduling workload
Other duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications:

Excellent software skills with a high attention to detail.
Experience in using MS Office, Excel, Outlook etc
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
Bilingual in French and English is required.
Customer Service focused individuals that take pride in delivering high quality products.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Telecommunication would be considered an asset.
