Roy Foss Thornhill is seeking
a Part Time permanent Receptionist/ Greeter to join our dynamic team.

About the Receptionist role:

Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
Answer and manage all incoming phone calls
Manage and replenish stock of office supplies, coffee stations, water stations, fridges, etc.
Create, format, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with event logistic coordination, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup
Other administrative duties as needed.

What you bring to the role:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule on weekends and during the week
Must be able to work independently.
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
Teamoriented with the ability to multitask.
Previous dealership reception experience
Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
Valid G driver's licence with a clean abstract
