We are currently hiring for a
full time Dealership Accounting Clerk. This position will support both our dealerships and work out of our
Thornhill location.
What you Will Do:
- Post vehicle sales transactions
- Process inventory purchases
- Review payable expenses, obtain authorization, and prepare cheque for payment.
- Process daily bank deposits and post EFT
- Support with the collection of accounts receivable
- Assist with other accounting, admin tasks, and special projects as required
What You Bring:
- High proficiency in MS Office
Dealership experience:
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- A teamoriented approach to your work
- Positive attitude and an energy to get things done
- Previous accounting experience would be considered an asset
