From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

Reporting directly to the QA/QC Manager, you will further strengthen and contribute to maintaining the success of the Quality team within IBG and its subsidiaries.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Conduct thorough tests on raw materials, packaging components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
Perform routine quality control checks to identify any deviations or issues in a timely manner
Collect and analyze samples to evaluate product quality attributes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and troubleshoot qualityrelated problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Monitor and sign off on specifications sent to suppliers, ensuring maximum accuracy
Staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging quality control practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements

ABOUT YOU:

You have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
23 years' experience as a QA Technician or similar role in the cosmetics or beauty industry, preferred
Regulatory and Quality control certificate considered an asset
Strong knowledge of cosmetics regulations, quality control practices and GMP standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fastpaced environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
