The Bilingual Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator, reporting directly to the Operations and Design Manager, Performance Center, is primarily responsible for providing the day-to-day support and coordination for Sym-Tech's external facing Learning Management System and the class operations for all Performance Centre courses


Position Functions:

  • Support the daytoday operation of the LMS user account management, course setup, content uploads.
  • Provide technical support to both internal and external users on LMSrelated issues, troubleshooting problems, providing solutions promptly and/or identifying more complex issues that may require escalation to resolve.
  • Generate reports and analytics on LMS usage and performance metrics to improve the overall user experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, provide logístical and administrative support, and help Learners, Instructors, Field Sales and other internal users with any systemrelated questions or issues regarding the LMS.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to assign training and learning paths based on job, role, and position.
  • Organize pretraining setup for inperson classes, including charts, workbooks, merchandise, and catering.
  • Organize pretraining for virtual class setup.
  • Provide course facilitators with administrative support.
  • Act as the liaison for participants pre, during and posttraining.
  • Manage course inventory of all trainingrelated materials.
Minimum Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French) is required.
  • Experience with a Learning Management Systems is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service/administrationtype role focused on technical support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users of varying technical abilities in both English and French.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong team building skills, to work well within a close team environment selfsufficient, resourceful, and work well with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
