Description

Canadian Tire Cochrane is looking for a full-time Auto Parts and Service Advisor.

This role will require extensive communication skills, both in person and over the phone with customers, mechanics, technicians, and parts vendors.

Attention to detail is required to provide accurate quotes, vehicle information, and customer requests.

This job consists of operate a battery tester/charger, look up and retrieve parts for customers and the shop, order parts, create estimates and process payments.

Vehicle, parts, and shop operation knowledge/experience is required.

Full availability needed - week days, evenings and weekends.
