Project Manager, Rough, serving as a vital link between rough trades, framing teams, backing teams, and the Finish Project Manager.

In this role, you'll take charge of overseeing rough trades, ensuring seamless coordination with backing teams, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to upholding stringent quality standards.

Your role will play a central part in delivering excellence at every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities:


Health & Safety

  • Enforce Safety First Culture at all times, for self and others.
  • Adhere to Toolbox Talk standard schedule and process standards.
  • Daily reporting on Health and Safety metrics.
  • Structured problem solving and improvement.

Quality

  • Enforcement of First Time Quality mindset for backing teams and rough trades.
  • Daily quality checks and quality control per quality standards and standard process.
  • Daily reporting on quality metrics.
  • Structured problem solving and improvement.

Customer Delivery

  • Enforcement of 100% ontime delivery through daily schedule attainment.
  • Adherence to recovery plans when customer delivery is in jeopardy.
  • Daily reporting on Customer Delivery metrics.
  • Structured problem solving and improvement.

Cost

  • Waste reduction and elimination mindset (3 M's).
  • Structured problem solving and improvement.
Perform other additional duties as required.


You will bring:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in rough, construction, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Sense of urgency: ability to efficiently meet project deadlines
  • Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Be prepared to attend internal weekly meetings held by management
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Strong analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to read and fully comprehend construction drawings
  • Must have good time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time
  • Valid Driver's License
