- Gather, analyze and share customer information required for new customer creation and credit applications.
- Modify/update sales hierarchy with master data team.
- Monitor corrective actions and preventative action plan for customer complaints with Operations and Customer Service teams.
- Support the training process (creation and delivery) for "lead to order " processes and tools.
- Coordinate product qualification and testing for customers.
- Responsible for coordinating the dispatch of sample kits to customers.
- Update price lists, special agreements and ensure adequate communication with all stakeholders, support the price change process in collaboration with the finance team.
- Collaborate with sales on new opportunities and customer onboarding.
- Monitor key dates and changes for sales teams: contract, opportunities, sales KPIs, etc.
- Prepare and share customer dash board using Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
- Collaborate with sales in the preparation of customer proposals for existing customers and new prospects.
- Complete customer requests: RFI, RFP, questionnaires, etc.
- Between five (5) and ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Business acumen
- Strong communication skills

- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced use of the Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be an asset
- Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
