Description
We are looking for an energetic, positive, and results-driven Sales person to join our growing team.

Your focus will be on building a large book of business, by prospecting and executing business with current and future clients.

You will partner with the recruiting and executive teams to meet your goals and the clients' needs.


Requirements of the position:

  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in the Recruitment industry by marketing and crossselling all of our service offerings.
  • Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and market segments while collaborating with your Recruitment Partners to strategically expand your existing business.
  • Be in constant communication with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events, and social media to generate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service accounts.
  • Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals. What You Need for this Position
  • Have a fundamental understanding or a passion for the IT Recruitment Industry.
  • Eager to build a career, not just find another job.
  • Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
  • Outsidethebox thinker
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a professional IT outside sales environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Skill in organizing and managing time across multiple tasks.
  • Skill in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service
