HomeTeam Live ('HTL') is a Video Streaming company that's successfully been video streaming 100's of youth & semi-professional sports across Canada and the US.
If you have the IT chops to set-up, remotely operate
Video Streaming systems, Pan-tilt & zoom the camera to follow the action or remotely Edit the stream:
- this is a unique opportunity to grow your skills & have fun at the same time
Must Have:
Fluent French & Flexible schedule
Sporting events don't often happen 9-5 M-F.
We're open to flexibility because we need you on Evenings & Weekends Alternate days off & time tracking to be sure you get all your time-off.
We're adding more BC clients so working with our clients, schedulers and staff, you'll need to speak both English & French fluently.
There will be test runs, troubleshooting, frequent weekends and long event days - but you can manage it all from your Home Office.
Must have:
IT & Streaming skills
Job Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate & direct streamkey & broadcast communications in realtime
- Manage OBS/Vmix, Scorebugs, Score display & accuracy
- Play advertisements as scheduled or directed
- Manage Audio on the stream
- Address any audio issues or manage mic levels at the venue
- Mute unnecessary audio (e.g., when PXP team takes a break)
- Communication & Troubleshooting:
- Relay any streaming issues for prompt support team intervention
- Capture and share highlight clips in the Slack channel
- Conduct postevent evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Attend HTL's company & team meetings, work with your direct supervisor on other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in working remotely
- Fluent in French & English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of video editing software
- Knowledge of postproduction processes
- Ability to work under pressure and STAY FOCUSED (don't want to miss the last 3 minutes of the game)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
