The Opportunity


The role of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide effective sales and digital marketing campaigns online and translate business goals into successful sales and marketing campaigns for our business and our clients.

This role requires someone who is energetic, has strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand the consumer market.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Project Coordinator:


  • Take ownership of SCRUM meetings to develop, maintain and update detailed project plans and schedules, identify risks and mitigate potential issues
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Track and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Administrative Coordinator:


  • Complete forms and documents for the CEO for ad hoc matters
  • Ensure office has healthy snacks every week, and plan company culture activities for the staff
  • Enforce company policy, follow up on any issues that may occur, and lead by example
  • Oversee recruiting and termination, including phone screening, interviewing, contract execution and onboarding and offboarding plans

Marketing:


  • Develop marketing plans to achieve volume and profit growth, improve market share, and increase brand awareness
  • Manage Shopify store orders, respond to customer inquiries and execute biweekly marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the follow up of leads and developing a strategy to maintain accurate client information

Sales:


  • Managing inventory and shipping requirements for digital clients, and propose costsaving initiatives to increase net profit margin
  • Ensuring clear and concise written and oral communications with internal and external customers to support timely execution of sales objectives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in Business Administration/ marketing or related field
  • 13 years experience working in marketing
  • Experience assisting or managing marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Previous sales management experience would be desired
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices related to online marketing (SEO, content/ad optimization, digital platform management and optimization, etc.)
  • Google AdWords & Analytics certification
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically for a digital format
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the latest market trends and technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as well as take the lead on deliverables as required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our company
  • Organized and process driven mindset
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and be adaptable in an everchanging environment

Preferred Qualifications, but not required

  • Fluency in French

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
