Description

NSF if seeking to add a dynamic
Coordinator I SCFS to join their growing team.

As a Coordinator I SCFS, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for customers as it pertains to their account information and expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine administrative tasks and support.


Principle Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately enters customer information in internal and external databases
  • Attains Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times outlined by the department
  • Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports to leadership
  • Communicates customer expectations to appropriate parties
  • Keeps knowledge current on scheme requirements and customer expectations
  • Implements and recommends ideas and concepts for continuous process improvement from a customer and business perspective
  • Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications

  • 4 year degree
  • 15 years of experience
  • Building Strategic Working Relationships
  • Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customerfacing role
  • Manage customer account
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasking skills and highly organized with the ability set priorities to meet customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
