- This position will be working in a parttime ( contract ) position in the classroom and online.

This initiative will develop our instructors professionally while ensuring a high quality learning experience for all Saskatchewan Polytechnic students.Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA):
- Job Duties
Job Duties - Provide instruction to students enrolled in the Parts Management Technician program.
- Design and implement a studentcentered learning environment using an outcomebased approach in either a facetoface or online delivery mode.
- Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations using principles of adult learning.
- Develop new curriculum, training aids, and materials as needed.
- Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using varied instructional methods.
- Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
- Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students.
- Be responsive to accommodation of special learning needs, including equity groups and diverse learners.
- Where required, develop working relationships with appropriate external partners and employers, supporting students in working experience.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to keep current with employer and educational requirements.
- Mentor students related to educational opportunities, industry expectations, and career goals.
- Work cooperatively in an interdependent team environment.
- Attend program and school meetings.

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate in the Parts Technician trade.
- Two years' recent/relevant postJourneyperson experience in the Parts trade.
- Ability to function as a team member in an everchanging environment.
