Who are we?
Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.


After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people.

Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter.

With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.


Role and context


The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the Finance team, providing full administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and her team.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, resourcefulness and an excellent command of Office suite tools.

The assistant will work in a dynamic environment where precision, discretion and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously are essential.


Key responsibilities

  • Managing the CFO's diary, planning and coordinating meetings, travel and conferences.
  • Preparing and revising financial documents, presentations and reports.
  • Liaising between the CFO, members of the finance team and other departments.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including call screening and correspondence.
  • Organising and archiving financial and administrative documents.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up actions.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of administrative procedures.
  • Helping to manage special projects and improve processes.
  • Carrying out various tasks in support of the accounts department.

Specific job requirements

  • A vocational diploma in office automation or a related field is required; a college diploma in a related field is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous work experience in administrative support, preferably in the aviation or financial sector.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in French; English is an important asset
  • Adaptability and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
