We are a busy Chartered Professional Accounting firm seeking a fulltime Receptionist to add to our administrative team in our South Surrey location.


Required skills:


  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Diligent with details on all projects;
  • Ability to be flexible and available to work overtime as required;
  • Able to work in a confidential environment with complete discretion;
  • Effective communicator, a critical thinker, organized and enjoy working as a team

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clientele;
  • Receive & record payments and perform other clerical duties;
  • Coordinate with all staff and Partners to help get the required tasks completed;
  • Preparing documents, filing, scanning; and
  • Reception with a multiline telephone system
