Job Description:

In this role, you will focus on the post-purchase stages of the customer journey to help deliver strategic programs and communications that increase engagement, adoption, renewal and upsell, and ultimately advocacy and lifetime value.

Working both cross-functionally and within the marketing department, your responsibilities will include:

Create and
track customized landing pages for new customers
Identify and
develop strategic content to increase adoption; may include videos, playbooks, help center articles, trainings, etc.
Help to
optimize key touch points in the customer journey; review customer experience feedback, identify trends and coordinate on improvements
Develop and publish key
reports and dashboards to track customer KPIs and share insights
Collaborate with Product, Solutions Marketing, and Customer Success teams on roll out of new product features or new positioning

Develop and implement high-performing nurture, upsell and account-based campaigns:

Work with Customer Success and Marketing stakeholders to identify and develop needed campaigns
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and IT/BI teams to define recipient criteria/identify opportunities
Manage and track campaign performance; optimize content to meet or exceed targets
Coordinate with peers to standardize endtoend campaign processes
Manage
localization of requesting customer content

Due to the steep growth of EcoVadis, you must be willing to turn your hand to other tasks depending on needs.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Adaptability to new or unknown digital marketing tools
Bachelor or masters degree in marketing, business or a related field
Familiarity with concept of customer journey and customer touch points
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, global environment
Proven experience in content development (strong English language writing skills are a must)
Exceptional ability to communicate (verbal, written, digital) effectively and respectfully with a diverse group of professionals; managing priorities to meet deliverables
Strong sense of ownership and operational rigor; you're curious by nature, love digging into the data to discover insights and base your strategy / decisions on supporting evidence
Meticulous attention to detail
Culturally sensitive and able to manage crossfunctional initiatives across geographies and working styles
Have a discipline of project management in structuring and tracking work.
