Website Manager Reporting to Director, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

Passionate about delivering a best-in-class online experience, our Web Manager is responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience across Embark website, helping create a best-in-class UX and drive conversions through our online channels.


CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Lead website development and digital experiences that deliver against planned objectives, including refining and prioritizing tasks for website enhancement.
  • Oversight and management of our web properties, including UX/UI, coordinating with internal and external resources to integrate site concept, visual design, content, interface, meta data and navigational structure, documenting structure, and processes.
  • Responsible for oversight of website performance, providing recommendations and implementing strategies to optimize performance across the site.
  • Research and develop a testing strategy to gain insights and improve the digital experience.
  • Oversight and management of web content and updates.
  • Collaborate with our crossfunctional teams on effective journey strategy, creative development, and optimization as it relates to our web platforms.
  • Manage daytoday relationships with agency partners and internal teams to deliver compelling and effective digital content.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree (or) equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 57 years corporate work experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing WordPress a must, including WP updates and plugin implementation.
  • 23 years of HTML page coding experience a must.
  • Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and lead generation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience building and managing consumerfacing digital experiences across all platforms and device types to achieve business results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content management system ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience in explaining and building support for digital and technical initiatives.
  • Ability to directly manage outside agencies and/or contract workers as required with limited or no supervision.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate with many different levels, both internal/external.
  • Ability to work on a variety of projects at the same time and ensure these projects are completed by their deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills (English).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience leading people/teams.

Work Model
