Position description:

The Project Manager is responsible for handing our company's ongoing projects.

You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.


You will handle all project deliverables, status reports, and establish effective project communication plans as well as proper execution of project plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Supervise the team and give them guidance when needed.
  • Acquire equipment and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Create detailed cost estimates and schedules for projects.
  • Document closing job procedures and checklists.
  • Facilitating site planning meetings
  • Ability to quote and execute CCN's and small projects.
  • Able to create work flows and schedules for projects.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Working knowledge on a PM software is considered an asset (Procore, AutoCAD, Jonas premiere etc.)
  • Willingness to learn a new system.
