- Coordinating the movement of trans-border and international shipments.
- Preparation of bills of lading and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinating international air and ocean cargo, as required.
- Measuring and reporting performance (e.g., on time delivery, shipment accuracy).
- Working with the Shipping/Receiving Department to establish cargo ship dates.
- This position is based out of head office in Burlington, with occasion travel to our manufacturing facility in Oakville.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to a high level of service and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with external and internal customers (Purchasing, Project Management, Customer Service, Customers, Suppliers).
- Brokerage experience (an asset) and CIFFA Certification (an asset).

Participation in developing industry-leading innovation with the freedom to be creative and take initiative3-5 years of related logistics experience primarily with small parcel shipments (DHL, UPS, Fedex), trans-border trucking (LTL & FTL), USA customs requirements, and international air and ocean (LCL & FCL) freight.
Our experience designing and commissioning equipment globally, means that we are prepared to meet the unique requirements presented by each of our customers.
Our wallboard plants serve a variety of production capacities and surpass expectations of safety, quality and performance in any market.
