We are looking for some great people to join our fantastic service team at the City Centre Grille

Located in the heart of Langford, Langford Lanes and City Centre Grille offers the biggest entertainment and social venue on the Island.

The Grille services the sports bar and patio as well as providing food and beverage service for Langford Lanes. We focus on creating quality dishes using fresh ingredients while maintaining a food safe environment and positive atmosphere. We have many regular customers, along with lots of available working hours.

We have a seasonal outdoor patio, Patio 37, which is open for business during the summer months, and is also open in the winter while our Outdoor Ice pond is in operation.

Our facilities host many large and small corporate reservations, sports teams, and events such as Pacific FC games, Brewery and the Beast festival at the Starlight Stadium, trade shows and other events at our Eagle Ridge Community Centre, which all bring in large numbers of customers on a regular basis.

As a server on our team, you will get the opportunity to work in all FOH service areas, which can include Serving, Bartending, Expediting and Hosting as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
A passion for great food and service
Guest experience focused
A valid Serving It Right certificate
Availability Requirements: Daytime availability, up to 24 hours per week. Schedules may vary weekly based on group reservations, stadium events, etc. Weekend availability preferred
