Parkview BMW has an exciting career opportunity for a Call Centre Representative/BDC Coordinator in our call centre who enjoys working together as a team in a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule appointments for clients
Effectively handle large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper resources
Meet call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage clients

Requirements:

Previous callcentre experience required
Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is preferred
Previous BDC Coordinator experience within the auto industry preferred
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Post-Secondary certificate/degree
Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, ISPA-Next and One Eighty experience an asset
