Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated self-starter as our
Sales Representative with an impressive
tech-sales,
sales engineering, and/or
business development track record to help us drive AAVAA's ground-breaking technology into several "wearables" markets and sectors.
June 2024.
AAVAA is a deep technology start-up in Montreal with the goal to give people control of their auditory environment, enhance the sounds they want to hear, and suppress distracting noise.
We have developed a unique, patented wearable technology that promises to revolutionize human-assistive devices and human-machine interactivity by interpreting brain and bio-signals.
Our technology is designed to be easily integrated into earphones, earbuds, eyeglasses, and other wearable form factors, and our business model is to license our technology to OEM's and app developers in these sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of
3 years of experience in Assistive Technologies. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
