Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a

Customer Support Administrator to join our growing team with Element Edmonton. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


Responsibilities:


  • Take client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
  • Take credit card payments from customers.
  • Verification compare agreement and original request of client with what was logged in
  • Accept and monitor samples
  • Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual
  • Invoicing verify price and print invoice
  • Log samples into LIMS system
  • Log and prepare bottle orders
  • Maintain good housekeeping at all times to ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • General duties as directed by the team leader or lab manager

Skills / Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with related experience
  • On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS Operation Training, LIMS Modules
  • Basic computer and accounting skills.
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of lab test methods an asset
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
