Started in 2006, we have successfully established 3 market leading brands (Caledon Farms, Crumps Naturals AND Dog Delights) distributed throughout Canada and the United States.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to aid in the growth of our brands in Canada and United States.

Job Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity. You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Also, help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.


Responsibilities
You will be primarily responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • US State licenses Setup
- new accounts set up internally

  • Trade show organization
  • Organizing travel arrangements
  • Support in building presentations
- execute follow ups from meetings
- providing sales reporting
- help with SKU management by customer

  • Supporting customer Service
  • Organize sample orders
  • International needs support with form completion
  • Customer Portals

Recipe for Success

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2 or more years experience in sales, customer portal experience required
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Computer literacy i.e., excel, power point, word
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
