Manager, Products, CAE Group
What is the opportunity?
The RBC CAE Group leverages a unique perspective— with a coordinated view across the entire business—to deliver valuable advice that not only gives assurance, but that illuminates a bigger picture, connects dots, builds best practices and broadens possibilities.
What will you do?
- Support and monitor a governance framework for various tools within IA
- Understand key tool features and functionalities of various tools (MetricStream, myAURA, Dicom, etc.)
- Engage and collaborate in meetings with the BA and user groups to understand tool enhancements/ fixes
- Liaise with the Developer, BA, vendor to discuss requirements to assess feasibility and optimal solution
- Work jointly with QA Lead/ testing team to develop test scenarios to test enhancements and fixes
- Support Senior Director/ Director on various adhoc information requests, analysis, research, etc.
- Support completion of information in SRMA over vendor risk assessments
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Post secondary education bachelors degree
- Previous experience in product ownership
- Previous experience in banking
Nice-to-have
- CIA or audit certification; PMP
