This is an onsite role that sits at our Winnipeg, MB site.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages the internal release of engineering data, reports and technical publications.
- Maintains a design data record for each project to establish and maintain configuration control of engineering data.
- Responsible for determining export and imports classifications and ensuring that data is appropriately marked in compliance with Global Trade requirements using import/export classification tools and software.
- Receives customer requests for engineering data and technical publications, verifying those requests and arranging for data transfer to the customer using Managed File Transfer software and other tools, as required.
- May also be required to arrange Managed File Transfers of data to suppliers or to government regulatory entities in order to support project execution.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
or **in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior relevant experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
