Overview - Receptionist

If you're interested in working for a Professional High End Salon that prides itself in elite service, talent and education, then JouJou Hair Studio may be the right fit for you We are seeking Full and Part-time Receptionists to join our team of dedicated, highly skilled beauty experts.

As our receptionist you are responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that customer services are provided in an effective and efficient manner for the Studio to run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting our clients & notifying staff of their client's arrival
Answer all incoming calls, handling callers inquiries and booking of appointments
Client/data entry
Upscale customer service attending to clients needs, water, coffee, etc...
Provide administrative services for the Executive Director and other staff as requested

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 8-30 per week

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:
