The DTE Lead Content is responsible for Content Ownership and Trade Communication of the DTE Platform by building brand awareness, and education strategy while supporting the overall Indirect Retail Activation team in support of PMI's Smoke-free Vision.

The role is responsible to increase the content effectiveness via creating a media plan having, and the right balance in terms of frequency and timing between DTE communication tools, as well as responsible for achieving agreement with various internal stakeholders that are key to ensure successful deployment and execution of the trade engagement activities.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Content Ownership
  • Responsible for building brand education strategy (long term & short term) that is aligned with the Marketing and Brand initiatives, that drives multicategory portfolio education and awareness with retail partners. Also, responsible for owning the content development and leading the crossfunctional departments (Brand, Studio, and external agency) engagement and alignment to create content for Digital Trade Engagement activities and Brand Education while maintaining the yearly content calendar for our portfolio of products.


  • Project/ Campaign Management

  • Responsible for leading and managing multiple Digital trade engagement projects/campaigns and leading the crossfunctional collaboration for the successful execution of the projects. Participating in several crossfunctional projects as a DTE SME to support all the DTE related tasks and activities; the position is accountable to build DTE content strategy and support in building the project framework for DTE education, awareness, and retailer education. Accountable for designing appropriate workback schedules to drive the effective project, campaign, and activity implementation; responsible for managing projectrelated communication, tools, and structures to the relevant stakeholders and the FSF for the execution of the project consumer needs.


  • Communication and coordination

  • Responsible for Building and maintaining an accurate and transparent trade engagement calendar that outlines all engagement initiatives and activities for SFP and combustible products. Ensuring all key stakeholders are well informed about execution timing and details of deployment plans. Accomplish this through active participation in Regional, Commercial Planning and Key Account Meetings. Also coordinating with various crossfunctional departments to achieve their buyin and support in the execution of Digital Trade engagement activities.


  • Vendor Management

  • Responsible for managing the external vendor relationship(s); achieving the required business objectives
  • Content and Campaign Development and DTEs redemption engine. Working with the vendor's account manager to share the strategic plan, desired KPI's and Brand Guidelines to create the engagement contests, community building, gamification and the DTE Loyalty Membership (Carlton) management of the retailer task deployment (Task Moderations) and development of the redemption campaigns.


  • Leadership

  • Responsible for providing guidance and support to the DTE Content Executive. Managing the daytoday operations; oversee the support offered and assign tasks/work to achieve backend processing SLA's for all DTE related projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing and sales or a related field (e.g., economics, business).
  • 35 years working with FMCG/CPG.
  • Experience of working on digital campaigns and understanding of the Trade engagement.
  • Understanding of Trade Segmentation and familiar with Key Accounts operating model.
  • Project management skills that enable you to gather requirements, prioritize, execute, and manage stakeholders.
