Responsibilities:

Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, FortiGate firewalls, and security.

Remote access solution implementation and support:
VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.

Deep working knowledge of operating systems
Windows, OSX, Linux
Assemble, image and configure client workstations, servers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other peripherals.
Support services for Microsoftrelated technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
Administration of Office 365: User administration, identity, access 365 license administration Office 365 policy compliance, configuration and PowerShell scripting for Office 365 and Active Directory.

Skill Sets:

Performs advanced technological systems support, maintenance and testing systems
Proven technical, analytical and problemsolving tech support skills\
Experience with ConnectWise is an asset
Ability to multitask in a managed IT services environment
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Must possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have professional customer service skills
IT Certifications: Cisco/ Microsoft/CompTIA certifications are an asset

Job Types:

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
