Responsibilities:


  • Acting as a liason between Maximus Solutions and clients
  • Monitoring and processing of purchases/track records
  • Preparing and verifying customer invoices, processing credit cards and sales receipts
  • Speaking with customers to collect overdue invoices
  • Organizing financials
  • Performing Accounts Payable duties such as billing

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting
  • High level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients
  • Detail oriented
  • Must demonstrate a cando attitude
  • Able to resolve complex administrative problems independently
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask
  • Strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office especially Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
