Description

UKG is seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to implement our UKG Pro offering. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core HRMS product.
This is a remote/virtual based position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned launch projects in compliance with UKG's launch methodology (i.e. Business Analysis, Scoping, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing and Support Transition)
  • Provide analytical and design expertise, system configuration, data mapping, testing and client support of live payroll processing
  • Lead customer meetings as appropriate
  • Obtain appropriate customer sign offs on each required phase, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality at each milestone
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status, travel & expense, and project hours to the work report system
  • Meet project task milestone and due dates
  • Coordinate and oversee project tasks assigned to other internal resources, when applicable
  • Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
  • Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items in a timely manner

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience implementing HR or Payroll solutions or equivalent payroll experience

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven experience managing implementation projects with a high degree of quality and completeness
  • Experience successfully managing project resources, both customer and internal; working with those resources to manage aggressive project timelines
  • Proven leadership within an implementation team; ability to coach, train, mentor, lead, and influence others
  • Experience in a technically oriented customer service organization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are continuing evolving
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to meet changing scope and resource situations
  • Strong analysis, change control, task management and time management skills
  • Excellent consulting skills with attention to detail
