- Completion of a diploma in HR or related field such as business or office administration
- 3+ years office experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint Online
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and tactfully, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively with broad direction in an interdependent team environment
- Able to take initiative and apply a continuous improvement mindset to work
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse range of professionals in a proactive and confidential manner
- Supports administration, logistics, and catering for all internal meetings, events and projects (e.g., learning program, milestone events, corporate volunteering days, employee engagement survey, employee value proposition)
- Manages updates and maintenance of internal intranet pages, SharePoint sites (internal and external) and external corporate web page in collaboration with the internal stakeholders
- Manages files and access permissions for the external and internal SharePoint, coordinating communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Manages and monitors the EDI&EE and Accessibility inbox and responds to / redirects inquiries
- Coordinates and schedules meetings for the EDI&EE team members
- Processes invoices and team expenses
- Participates in department and corporate-level initiatives (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Co-Pilot) to support efficient HR administrative processes, practices and procedures
- Participates in special projects as assigned by the HR team to facilitate current and efficient HR processes, practices and procedures
- Provides back-up to other HR Technicians and HR Advisors, as and when required
- Supports the EDI Council by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and distribution of materials. Organizes recognition events and drafting recommendation letters
- Collects, summarizes, and distributes feedback following special events or training
- Provides support on logistics and coordination of EDI training and budget tracking in collaboration with the Talent Management team
- Identifies and sources potential awards, sponsorships and partnership opportunities in support of the EDI&EE Strategies and Program. For selection awards and sponsorships, supports coordination of the application submission and communication tactics if successful
- Assists with coordination and distribution of communications on behalf of the EDI&EE COE
