- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for optimization.
- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Conduct onpage and offpage SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with the web development team and implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company website to ensure it is uptodate, userfriendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Work with web developers to enhance site functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Implement website content updates, new pages, and feature enhancements.
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, press releases, website copy, and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit videos and maintain a photo library to support content marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic content flow.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, business development, HR, finance, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cuttingedge and effective.
- Prior experience in the agriculture industry, particularly in irrigation and water systems, will be considered a significant asset.
- Knowledge and passion for brand marketing an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, focusing on paid advertising, SEO, website management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a portfolio of work showcasing blog posts, press releases, and multimedia content.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong organizational, project management and coordination skills are required as you may assist with organizing events and trade shows and with our PR and media strategy.

Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Delta Water Products, you will be crucial in enhancing our digital footprint, driving online engagement, and generating leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
