We are a collaborative team who attentively navigates relationship growth and drives change conversation. The contributions of the Client Service Representative are key to the successful implementation and ongoing service of our clients.

In this role you will:

Provide customer service support to Advisors and Clients including client facing presentations
Escalate inquiries as required for timely resolution Provide quote and renewal support to Account Executives
Maintain a high service standard keeping within expected turnaround times

For this role you need:

Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience in Group Benefits Knowledge of Group Administrative practices Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Attention to detail
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines Ability to adapt to change
Motivated team player Proficiency in Word and Excel
Knowledge of RWAM product lines and practices an asset
Professional benefits designation an asset (GBA, CEBS, etc.)
